MultiPlan’s $1.05 Billion Senior Secured Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher advised MultiPlan Corporation and its indirect wholly owned subsidiary MPH Acquisition Holdings LLC on the deal.

MultiPlan Corporation executed its offering of $1.05 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2028. 

MultiPlan Corporation announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, MPH Acquisition Holdings LLC (the “Issuer”), executed its offering of $1.05 billion in aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior secured notes due 2028 (the “Notes”). The Notes are expected to be issued by the Issuer and guaranteed on a full and unconditional basis.
