MTS Systems Corporation’s $350 Million Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2027 for MTS Systems Corporation

MTS Systems Corporation is a global supplier of test systems and industrial position sensors. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., BofA Securities, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. acted as initial purchasers on the offering.
