MSCI’s $950 Million Acquisition of Real Capital Analytics

MSCI Inc. executed its $950 million acquisition of Real Capital Analytics. The transaction is expected to close at the end of the third quarter, or early in the fourth quarter, of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
