MPLX’s $5.5 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Mizuho Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $5.5 billion registered senior notes offering of MPLX LP

MPLX LP is a master limited partnership formed by Marathon Petroleum Corporation. The company, led by Gary R Heminger, Michael J Hennigan and Pamela K M Beall, in 2017 recorded $3.867 Billion Revenues.

MPLX LP owns, operates, develops and acquires midstream energy infrastructure assets. The transaction closed on February 8, 2018.
