Arnold Bloch Leibler has acted for Mosh on its $10 million capital raising.
Investors including Australian Financial Review Rich List billionaire Alex Waislitz of Thorney Investment Group, Tinder co-founders Justin Mateen and Sean Rad, and former rugby league star Billy Slater have put money into a $10 million funding round at Australian men’s health digital clinic Mosh.
Mosh, a four-year-old start-up, will use the funding injection to expand its platform, which connects doctors with patients suffering from conditions including hair loss, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, skincare and mental health concerns.
The ABL team was led by Corporate and M&A partner Gavin Hammerschlag (Picture) and lawyers Lucy Burke and Megan Hosiosky.
