Morgan Stanley’s $7 Billion Acquisition of Eaton Vance

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) executed the acquisition of Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV) for an equity value of approximately $7 billion. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
