Mondel?z International’s $2.5 Billion Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, in connection with Mondel?z International, Inc.’s registered offering of $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount, consisting of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3% Notes due 2020, $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.625% Notes due 2023, $700 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.125% Notes due 2028 and $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.625% Notes due 2048.

The offering closed on May 7, 2018.

Mondelez is one of the world’s largest snack companies with global net revenues of $25.9 billion in 2017. The company’s portfolio includes many iconic snack brands such as Nabisco, Oreo, LU and belVita biscuits; Cadbury, Milka, Cadbury Dairy Milk and Toblerone chocolate; Trident gum; Halls candy; and Tang powdered beverages.
