Molinos Agro’s $53.8 Million Notes Offering

Molinos Agro S.A. executed its $28.4 million offering of Clase I, 1,50% notes due 2023 and $25.5 million Clase II 2,50% due 2024. 

Banco Santander Río S.A., Banco De Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. acted as lead managers and placing agents on the transaction.
