Mobeus Equity Partners’s £14 million investment into Geotech

Osborne Clarke has advised leading equity investor, Mobeus Equity Partners (Mobeus) on its £14 million investment into Geotech, a fast growing, pioneering specialist in ground stablisation services for construction and infrastructure projects.

The investment supports a high growth plan to roll out Geotech’s patented soil stabilisation system, which delivers cost savings and environmental benefits to infrastructure projects.

As a result, Geobind delivers significant environmental, cost and programme benefits to main contractors which are rapidly adopting it as a preferred solution for the construction of access roads, highways, car parks and commercial buildings.

Osborne Clarke has advised Mobeus Equity Partners on the deal with a team led by Partner Tim Hewens (picture) and Partner Alistair Francis, assisted by Associate Sara McDiamond, Senior Associate Tian Tang and Legal Director David Nisbet who provided tax structuring advice on the transaction.
