Mirage Holdings’ Acquisition Of Intertoys and Maxi Toys

Mirage Holdings B.V. acquired toy retailers Intertoys and Maxi Toys from the Portugese investment company Green Swan SGPS S.A.

Intertoys and Maxi Toys, Mirage Holdings B.V. became owner of one of the largest toy retailers in Europe, with an annual revenue of approximately €400 million. Next to Intertoys and Maxi Toys, Mirage Holdings B.V. is also the owner of retail chains Blokker and Big Bazar. Mirage Holdings B.V. is a holding company of the Dutch retail entrepreneur and investor Michiel Witteveen.
