Mindspace’s signing a lease for its second London premises

Fladgate has advised Mindspace, the international provider and operator of high-quality and design-led co-working workplaces, with the leasing of their second London premises.

Earlier last year, Mindspace acquired (by way of a lease) their first premises in London at the Relay Building on Whitechapel High Street – a transaction which was also dealt with by Fladgate.

Mindspace’s second London location is at 9 Appold Street and the company has leased two floors and over 40,000 sq ft from Blackstone. It is envisaged that the new location would accommodate approximately 900 members.

Fladgate advised the client on all legal aspects involved in the transaction.
