Mid-America Apartments, L.P.’s $400 Million Notes Offering

Mid-America Apartments, L.P., the operating partnership of Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., executed a public offering of $400,000,000 of 4.200% senior notes due 2028.

Underwriters included Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.

Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., an S&P 500 company (NYSE: MAA), is a real estate investment trust focused on delivering full-cycle and superior investment performance for shareholders through the ownership, management, acquisition, development and redevelopment of quality apartment communities throughout the United States. As of March 31, 2018, MAA had ownership interest in 100,490 apartment homes, including communities currently in development, across 17 states and the District of Columbia.
