Mid-America Apartments, L.P.’s $300 Million Notes Offering


Bass, Berry & Sims represented Mid-America Apartments, L.P., the operating partnership of Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., in a public offering of $300,000,000 of 3.950% senior notes due 2029.

Underwriters included Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Jefferies LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.
