Norton Rose Fulbright has advised McLaren Group on the £203.8 million investment from Canadian businessman, Michael Latifi
The investment, which will be made over the coming year through Nidala Limited, a company controlled by Michael Latifi, will give Mr Latifi a 10 per cent shareholding in the McLaren Group, which also includes McLaren Automotive and McLaren Applied Technologies.
Norton Rose Fulbright has acted for McLaren since 2014. Over the last 12 months the firm has advised them on a range of matters including the F1 team’s switch in engine supply from Honda to Renault, regulatory, corporate and IP matters.
