As reported in CEE Legal Matters and in others online publications Miba AG completed its acquisition of a stake in VOLTLABOR and establishment of a joint venture in the field of battery systems for mobile applications with the company.
Miba Aktiengesellschaft provides automotive parts and manufactures sintered, engine bearings, friction materials, coatings, and power electronics components, as well as provides engine reconditioning services.
