México’s $2.8 Billion Bond Offering

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Sullivan & Cromwell and Ritch, Mueller, Heather y Nicolau advised on the transaction

Mexican government executed a euro-denominated registered offering of €1.5 billion of its 1.625% global notes due 2026, in addition to €1 billion of its 2.875% global notes due 2039.

Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Securities, Banco Santander and UBS acted as underwriters for the offering.
