Mexico City Airport FIBRA E’s $1.64 billion initial public offering

Paul Hastings LLP represented Credit Suisse as global coordinator and Credit Suisse and Citigroup as initial purchasers in connection with the Mexico City Airport FIBRA E’s $1.64 billion initial public offering on the Mexican Stock Exchange and internationally in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S. The offering is the largest IPO from Mexico since 2013.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to help finance the construction of the new International Airport in Mexico City to replace the overstuffed Benito Juarez International Airport.
