Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp.’s $172.5 Shares Offering

Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp., New York, New York, the holding company for Metropolitan Commercial Bank, completed its underwritten follow-on offering of 2,300,000 shares of its common stock at $75.00 per share, which included the underwriters’ exercise of their right to purchase an additional 300,000 shares of common stock.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. acted as joint book-running managers of the offering and as representatives of the underwriters.

Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. operates as a commercial bank. The Bank offers deposits, small business lending, trade finance and cash management solutions.
