MetLife Investment Management’s €88 Million Loan Facility Secured Against Portfolio Of 36 Assets In The Netherlands

MetLife Investment Management provided an €88 million loan facility to a group of Dutch and Delaware borrowing entities managed by Time Equites Inc., secured against a portfolio of 36 assets in the Netherlands.
