MediaAlpha, Inc. executed its $370.3 million registered secondary offering of class A common stock. The transaction closed on March 23, 2021.

MediaAlpha, Inc.’s mission is to help insurance carriers and distributors target and acquire customers more efficiently and at greater scale through technology and data science.
