MCA Fund III’s $400 Million CFO Securitization

MCA Fund III Holding LLC completed the offering of structured notes secured by a 100% limited partnership interest in MCA Fund III LP, a Delaware-based special-purpose vehicle that holds a portfolio of seasoned private equity fund interests, known as a “CFO” or collateralized fund obligation.
