Mayfair Gold Corp.’s $20 Million Initial Public Offering

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the Underwriters in connection with the offering.

Mayfair Gold Corp., a Canada based mineral exploration company, completed an initial public offering of 5,406,900 common shares and 3,731,000 Common Shares issued as “flow-through shares” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $20 million. 

Eight Capital acted as lead underwriter, together with a syndicate that included PI Financial Corp. and Clarus Securities Inc.

The TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally accepted Mayfair’s listing application and Mayfair’s Common Shares are expected to commence trading on the TSXV on or about March 22, 2021 under the trading symbol “MFG”.
