Maxpress’s Merger with I’M Press

Felsberg Advogados advised Maxpress on the deal

Maxpress and I’M Press are two of the largest Brazilian platforms for PR professionals. Together, they can offer new services to extend its mailings to other stakeholders, as influencers, and also serve as an activity and task management platform, with a possibility of timesheet, to the expansion of business offer for the agencies, with service hosting of websites and tools of Inbound PR.

The merger also contemplates an internationalization plan, including expansion to other markets in Latin America, as well as the opening of a firm in the United States. The expectation is to earn more than BRL 10 million in 2019 and achieve 600 PR agencies registered. In addition to the main PR agencies in Brazil, the company still has 2 banks, 8 automakers, a public entity of the State of São Paulo, as well as other companies.
