Maxima’s Petition Filing

EBN Law advised Maxima on the case.

The District Court denied a petition filed against a decision of the Israeli Land Authority to allocate land to our client, Maxima, without a tender process.

The court rejected all of the petitioners’ claims and accepted our claims that the decision was lawful, made according to the Tenders Regulations, and based on a recommendation by the Ministry of Economy that was also approved by the Supreme Court and the District Court in previous proceedings between the parties.

The EBN team was led by partners Ran Sprinzak (Picture), Naama Ehrlich and intern Roni Ben Ivri.
