Mars’s $5 Billion Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $5 billion 144A/Reg. S notes offering of Mars, Incorporated.

Mars, Incorporated, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the production and sale of confectionery, pet food, and other food products to customers worldwide.
