Mapp Digital US, LLC, one of the largest private marketing technology companies, executed the acquisition of Webtrekk, the German market leader of marketing analytics and customer intelligence.
The seller is DPE Deutsche Private Equity and other co-investors. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in the second quarter of 2019. The transaction is subject to clearance by the competent antitrust authorities.
