Main Capital’s Acquisition of DATA-PLAN Computer Consulting

Main Capital executed the acquisition of DATA-PLAN Computer Consulting GmbH through its portfolio company MACH AG.

MACH AG, an e-government software and consulting company based in Lübeck, Germany, has been part of Main Capital’s portfolio companies since 2020.

DATA-PLAN Computer Consulting GmbH is an IT systems house with a focus on public administration.
