Vinge has advised Main Capital and Alfa eCare on the deal.

Alfa eCare, a recognized eHealth software group servicing public and private care providers throughout Sweden, has reached an agreement to acquire Clinicbuddy, a modern provider of electronic health record solutions for private care institutions.
