Conyers, working alongside Reed Smith Richards Butler, provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to LS Finance (2022) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lifestyle International Holdings Limited in connection with Lifestyle International’s offer to purchase for cash its US$300 million 4.25% guaranteed bonds due 2022.
Lifestyle International is a Hong Kong-based premier retail operator that specializes in the operation of mid to upper-end department stores in Hong Kong including its flagship SOGO store in Causeway Bay, which is the largest and leading department store in Hong Kong, and its SOGO store in Tsim Sha Tsui.
