Lowe’s Companies, Inc.’s $3 Billion Investment Grade Debt Offering and Related Tender Offer

Morgan Securities LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as representatives of the underwriters in connection with Lowe’s Companies, Inc.’s public offering of $1.5 billion of its 3.10% notes due 2027 and $1.5 billion of its 4.05% notes due 2047.
