Longspur Capital And GVO Capital’s Disposal Of Hydroelectric Assets

Gowling WLG acted for GVO and Longspur Capital on the deal.

GVO sold stake in 14 operating hydroelectric power stations managed by Longspur Capital (Longspur) to an infrastructure fund.

The hydroelectric systems are based in Scotland.
