L&L Holding Co. and Normandy Real Estate Partners’ $900 Million Acquisition of The Terminal Warehouse


Fried Frank acted as counsel to Kathrin Werner, a general partner of the property owner, as well as GreenOak Real Estate Advisors, an investor in the property, in connection with their approximately US$900 million sale of The Terminal Warehouse, also known as Terminal Stores, to a joint venture of L&L Holding Co. and Normandy Real Estate Partners.

The Terminal Warehouse is a former freight warehouse in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood which currently houses Uber and L’Oréal and contains over one million square feet of rentable space. It occupies the entire block bounded by Eleventh Avenue, Twelfth Avenue, West 28th Street, and West 27th Street in the Chelsea and Hudson Yards areas of Manhattan.
