Hogan Lovells has advised Ireland based Smurfit Kappa on the deal
Smurfit Kappa executed the sale of their shares in Smurfit Kappa Baden Board GmbH, with board and packaging facilities comprising a board mill unit and a converting unit in Baden/Germany, and the related real property to the LIVIA Group. The Baden board and packaging facilities produce 152,000t and convert 64m square meter of cardboard per year, generate circa EUR 100m in revenue and have 298 employees.
