Lexington Realty Trusts’ $726 Million Sale of an Office Property Portfolio

Paul Hastings represented Lexington Realty Trust in their $726 million sale of a 21-asset office portfolio to a joint venture between Lexington Realty Trust and affiliates of Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP.

The joint venture is 80 percent owned by Davidson Kempner affiliates and 20 percent owned by Lexington, which will continue to manage the properties.

Lexington Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust that owns and manages office, industrial, and retail properties net-leased to major corporations throughout the United States. The Firm, led by E Robert Roskind, T Wilson Eglin and Patrick Carroll, in 2017 recorded $391 Million Revenues.
