LendInvest’s £500 Million Euro Medium Term Note Programme


Simmons & Simmons has advised LendInvest Limited on the establishment of a £500m Euro Medium Term Note Programme for its subsidiary LendInvest Secured Income plc, and on the issuance of £50 million 5.25 per cent Notes due 2022.

LendInvest Limited operates an online marketplace for property lending and investing. The company, led by Christian Faes, Ian Thomas, Derek Mochan, David Serafini and Rod Lockhart, is based in London.

This is the first bond issuance by a member of the LendInvest group and is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Order Book for Retail Bonds.
