Leasing and Development of Kansas Correctional Facility

Bass, Berry & Sims represented CoreCivic (NYSE:CXW) in the negotiation of a 400,500 square foot build-to-suit correctional facility to be developed in Lansing, Kansas, and leased to the Kansas Department of Corrections.

CoreCivic is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) and the nation’s largest owner of partnership correctional, detention and residential reentry facilities. The Firm, led by Damon T Hininger, David M Garfinkle and Anthony L Grande, is based in Nashville.
