Willkie represented Friedman Fleischer & Lowe, through its portfolio group Laurel Solutions, in the cross-border acquisition.
Laurel Solutions, an affiliate of private equity firm FFL Partners (FFL), has completed the acquisition of Servelec Technologies, a market-leading provider of remote monitoring systems, secure SCADA systems, and business optimisation software providing complete end-to-end automation and optimisation solutions to clients around the world.
Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
