Isabel Palacios, lawyer from Universidad de Concepción, focuses her practice in litigation, specializing in civil and commercial trials, as well as in arbitrations regarding construction contracts and public works concessions. She obtained a Diploma in Orientation in United States Law at the University of California, Davis (2009) and was also a Fulbright Scholar at the University of California Berkeley, School of Law, where she received a Masters of Law degree (LL.M) in 2010.
Juan de Dios Ferrada, studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica and holds a Master’s degree in Law, LL.M, from New York University, Fulbright Scholar (2017). His main practice areas are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and project development and financing, with particular emphasis in the areas of regulated services and natural resources.
Diego Garay, focuses his professional practice mainly on project financing, capital markets and corporate law. He studied at University de Chile and in 2013 he obtained a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from Cornell University, Ithaca, United States.
Joaquín Larrain, studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica, and his main practice areas are regulated services and natural resources, electric law, project development and financing, commercial and corporate law.
