Olshan advised Land & Buildings in its activist campaign at Taubman Centers
Jonathan Litt, Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Land & Buildings, was elected to Taubman Centers’ Board at the 2018 Annual Meeting to replace long-standing incumbent director William Taubman. Land & Buildings initiated its campaign at Taubman Centers in 2016, but was met with resistance along the way due to Taubman Centers’ dual-class voting stock structure, which concentrates ~30% of the voting power to the Taubman Family.
