Ladaner S.A., operating as a subsidiary of Enercon GmbH, secured a $70 Million Financing from Banco Santander and Caixabank.
Proceeds will be used to develop Cerro Grande 50MW Wind Farm in partnership with EAB New Energy GmbH.
The Cerro Grande Wind Project is located in Sierra de los Ríos in the Department of Cerro Largo, nearly 40km from its capital, Melo.
With an extension of approximately 254 Hectares, Cerro Grande Wind Farm consists in two corridors of fourteen and eight ENERCON E-92 wind turbines. Each of them has a rated power of 2.350 kW and a hub height of 98 meters.
