Laboratorios Richmond’s $28 Million Initial Public Offering

Laboratorios Richmond S.A.C.I.F. finalized the initial public offering of 14.167.164 shares on Buenos Aires Stock Exchange. Puente Hnos. S.A. and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., acted as book runners on the transaction.

Laboratorios Richmond S.A.C.I.F. develops and manufactures pharmaceutical products for physicians, pharmacists, health institutions, and patients in Argentina and internationally. The company, led by Juan Manuel Artola, specializes in the production of high cost and prescription products. Today, Richmond labs has 70 products in the market and generates 92% of its income in Argentina and 8% of its income from surrounding regions (Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru).
