Laboratoires Lehning, the Lorraine-based natural health group, executed the acquisition of Laboratoire Lescuyer.
With this transaction, Laboratoires Lehning continues the diversification of its group. It also aims to accelerate the growth of the brands of both laboratories, by leveraging the synergies between their complementary product lines and distribution channels.
Founded by Jean-François Lescuyer in 1994, Laboratoire Lescuyer is one of the French leaders in health-promoting dietary supplements. Laboratoire Lescuyer’s products are formulated in-house, in La Rochelle, from high-quality natural active ingredients.
Specialized for nearly a century in homeopathic products sold in pharmacies, Laboratoires Lehning employs 370 employees and generates sales of €70 million.
