Clifford Chance advised La Française Real Estate Partners International on the acquisition and financing of the Victoria Office office building in Hamburg City Süd, an up-and-coming office location.
La Française purchases the property on behalf of two of its collective real estate investment vehicles.
Victoria Office comprises six floors and is located in Heidenkampsweg 73-79 in Hamburg. The property was built in 1992 and offers approximately 19,400 square metres of office space and 293 parking lots.
The property was designed for multi-tenant use and is currently rented to several tenants. The four main tenants are: a German railway company, a logistics service provider, an international trade journal publisher and a provider of online investment solutions.
