L Catteron’s investment in ClassPass, Inc.

Barack Ferrazzano represented L Catteron in its investment in ClassPass, Inc. Recognized as one of Forbes’ Next Billion Dollar Startups, ClassPass is the leading membership to the world’s largest fitness network, using a technology-enabled platform to connect members to a variety of fitness experiences in 50 cities worldwide.

L Catterton, formed through the partnership of Catterton, LVMH and Groupe Arnault, is one of the world’s largest consumer investment funds. Michael Farello, Co-Managing Partner of the L Catterton Growth Fund, will join the ClassPass Board.

ClassPass Inc. offers an online subscription service that provides access to fitness classes, including cycling, Pilates, yoga, strength training, dance, martial arts, and more. The company, led by Payal Kadakia and Fritz Lanman was incorporated in 2011 and is based in New York.
