Kuke Music’s $50 Million Initial Public Offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in the offering.

Kuke Music Holding Limited executed its $50 million SEC-registered initial public offering of 5,000,000 American depositary shares, each representing one Class A ordinary share. Kuke Music Holding Limited has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 ADSs. The ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KUKE”.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., US Tiger Securities, Inc, AMTD Global Markets Limited, China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited, and Valuable Capital Limited acted as underwriters for the offering.

Kuke Music is a leading provider of classical music licensing, subscription and education services in China and an organizer of renowned classical musical events.
