Kornit Digital Ltd. completed a $459 million underwritten public offering of ordinary shares. The offering consisted of both a follow-on offering and a secondary offering by an affiliate of Amazon.com, Inc.

Kornit Digital Ltd. develops, designs and markets innovative, sustainable, on-demand, digital fashion and textile production technologies.

Citigroup, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as bookrunners and as representatives of the underwriters for the offering.
Needham & Company, Stifel, William Blair, Berenberg, CJS Securities and Craig-Hallum acted as co-managers for the offering.
