Carpenter Contractors of America announced the sale of its fabricated lumber components and field installation services businesses in the Midwest, Carolinas and Florida to Kodiak Building Partners, a building materials supply chain company whose portfolio consists of a diverse mix of businesses that span residential, remodeling and commercial building sectors.

Carpenter Contractor is a construction company based out of 1125 Bohemia Mill Rd, Middletown, Delaware, United States.
