Knowles Corporation (NYSE: KN) completed its successfully and amicable resolution of the client’s proxy contest against an investor group composed of Caligan Partners, Falcon Edge Capital and Patriot Global Management and their affiliates.

Knowles Corporation designs and manufactures advanced acoustic components. The Company, led by Jeffrey S Niew, Alexis Bernard and Michael Polacek, produces components for hearing aids and surface mount microphones for cell phones and consumer electronics. In 2018 Knowles recorded $826 million revenues.
