KnowBe4’s $30 Million Round Funding


Fried Frank acted as counsel to Goldman Sachs Growth Equity as investor in KnowBe4 in its Series B preferred equity financing.

Goldman led the US$30 million investment round, with existing investor Elephant participating. Goldman Sachs also received a board seat. KnowBe4, provider of the world’s most popular integrated new school security awareness training and phishing platform, will use the new funds to invest in international growth and product development.
