Klépierre’s €16.3 Million Acquisition of a lot of mid-size store located in “Le Gru” shopping Mall


Carmila executed the sale to Klépierre – Owner of “Le Gru” shopping center in Torino-Grugliasco (Italy), of a company owning a lot of mid-size store located on this site for a net selling amount of € 16.3 million.

Shopville “Le Gru”, the first shopping center of its size in Italy, is located in the urban area inside the Turin ring road and covers a surface of 78.500 sm.

Carmila was founded by Carrefour and large institutional investors in order to develop the value of shopping centers anchored by Carrefour stores in France, Spain and Italy.

Klepierre SA is a property developer in the retail property market. The Company owns and manages shopping centers in continental Europe.

Osborne Clarke advised Klépierre with a team including Simone Monesi and Stefano Panzini.
